ABOUT US
Founder
Ella Eboumbou is the founder of Women of Value International. She is married to
Martin O’Malle and is the mother of a daughter, Zoella O’Malle. She serves as a
Pastor at corner stone family church (Hindley Green, Manchester, UK). She is an
Associate Lecturer at the University of Greater Manchester and also a Christian
inspirational and motivational speaker. Ella holds a Master of Business
Administration, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, and a Degree in Business
Management, all from the University of Greater Manchester, formerly known as the
University of Bolton. Her passion is to see women thrive in life.

Coming from a humble background, Ella grew up believing that her value was measured by her life achievements and success as defined by the world. However, after developing a closer relationship with Jesus, she realized that her worth was not based on her accomplishments but rather on who she was in Christ. This realization inspired the name "Women of Value." Ella also observed that women face numerous challenges but often lack the support needed to overcome them. This led her to establish the Women of Value International in 2016, where women can confidently discuss their challenges and be encouraged and empowered with the word of God (Bible) to overcome them. Ella is delighted by the transformations she has witnessed among these women, noting how they gain confidence, become passionate about life, and share numerous testimonies of God's work in their lives, marriages, children, health, careers, and families. Above all, she is delighted to see how these women are growing spiritually and impacting lives in their various communities.
Statement from the Founder
Women of Value International was founded on the belief that every woman has a divine purpose and the power to transform her life and community. Since 2016, we have worked tirelessly to equip women with the tools to achieve spiritual and economic growth, expanding our impact from the UK to Cameroon and beyond. Through our UK and Cameroon chapters, we continue to provide mentorship, support, and opportunities for women to thrive in all aspects of life. Together, we are building a community of faith-driven women who lead with strength and compassion.
